Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and optimize HR practices at UMENCO. This key role requires a proactive and adaptable individual capable of shaping a positive work culture, boosting employee engagement and contributing to brand growth.

The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the recruitment process, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment journey. This involves being a catalyst for positive change within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, ensuring strict legal compliance and resolving workplace conflicts while providing expert guidance to ensure fairness and consistency in evaluations. Managing employee benefits programs requires staying attuned to industry trends to recommend adjustments for enhanced competitiveness.

We remain vigilant to changes in employment legislation, ensuring meticulous company compliance through regular audits. The ideal candidate possesses proven HR management experience, a deep understanding of employment regulations and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A mandatory Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field solidifies the qualifications of the ideal candidate.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, superannuation and paid annual leave.
