Strategic Property Operations Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager Operations (PMO) to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a property, including resident experience, financial management, occupancy, sales, and administration.
- Maintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
- Nurture key stakeholder relationships as part of a high-performing team, fostering strong partnerships with colleagues and external partners.
- Optimise the financial return and overall financial performance of the property, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Operating Agreements and manage the property according to the management agreement and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial planning.
- Resolve issues effectively and efficiently, applying effective incident management principles to address grievances and conflicts.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to develop a high-performing team of staff, driving growth and excellence in property operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a proven track record in property or building management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, with a focus on developing talent and driving high performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in incident management and conflict resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with computer literacy of a high standard.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and a National Police Check completed within the last three months.
