The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a highly skilled Property Operations Manager to lead the Property Operations team and oversee building maintenance works across our property. As a Property Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day technical support for the Property Operations team, leading and inspiring direct and indirect reports, and proactively engaging stakeholders to ensure on-site clients' expectations are met.

About The Job
  • Manage and facilitate the Property Operations team to ensure a positive experience for team members and guests
  • Coordinate building maintenance works across the property
  • Lead and inspire direct and indirect reports to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and oversee all aspects of asset management plans and planned maintenance schedules
  • Action work requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate quality assurance processes to ensure best outcomes

  • Qualifications in facilities management or building maintenance
  • Knowledge of hotel and building facilities
  • Experience in operating budgets and leading a team
