Occupational Therapist Team Leader Opportunity

This esteemed Allied Health Provider is seeking an accomplished Occupational Therapist to assume a leadership role and oversee their Melbourne-based team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to motivate and support team members in providing high-quality therapy services.

  • About the Role:
  • Provide expert clinical supervision and guidance to your team members
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and enhance Occupational Therapy services in Melbourne
  • Manage a reduced caseload of NDIS and Medicare clients while focusing on quality assessment and therapy delivery

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience
