Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist Team Leader to join our multidisciplinary team.

This is a leadership role that involves managing the growth of the occupational therapy team, balancing clinical caseloads with management responsibilities. The successful candidate will have experience working with children aged 2-18 and possess strong supervision and education skills.

The role offers opportunities for professional development through leadership courses and study leave. You will work closely with a dynamic team, collaborate on complex cases, and participate in regular meetings.

  • Clinical caseload primarily working with children aged 2-18
  • Manageable client-related responsibilities with time allocated for administrative duties and continued learning
  • Clinic-based role located in Burwood with opportunities for school contracts and home visits if desired
  • Reduced clinical caseload based on leadership responsibilities
