Job Opportunity for Occupational Therapist

This reputable allied health provider has been offering Occupational Therapy services for more than 6 years, with multiple new clinic locations in the Eastern and Western suburbs of Melbourne.

The company is rapidly expanding and grounded in evidence-based practices, catering to clients of all ages from their brand new clinic based in Burwood East with an aim to transform lives.

Be supported by their lead OT with 20+ years experience that leads a team of dedicated professionals committed to making a positive impact on client lives.

  • Work solely from the clinic in Burwood East or visit clients at local schools or homes within the area.
  • Paediatric, Mixed Ages or Adult caseload tailored to preferences and area of clinical interest.
  • Broad caseload of conditions including ASD, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and down syndrome.

Key responsibilities include achieving a billable target of 5 clients per day, which will be gradually built up to over a 90-day onboarding period.

How you will be supported:

  • Weekly supervision from their lead Occupational Therapist.
  • Clinical mentoring weekly from other members of your team.
  • Opportunity to shadow the teams OTs during your onboarding period.

During your onboarding period, regular formal check-ins will ensure you feel comfortable in your new role. Additionally, there are opportunities for annual PD allowance as well as internal and external PD opportunities.

The Benefits:

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $115,000 + super (based on experience).
