Leadership Role Overview

The Head of Student Engagement and Operations is a senior leadership position that oversees the entire student journey, from onboarding to graduation.

This role leads student-facing functions including Student Experience, Registrar Services, and operational frameworks. The successful candidate will build and mentor a high-performing team, drive engagement and retention initiatives, and represent student services at the highest levels of governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the student engagement and operations team.
  2. Develop and implement structured processes to support growth and enhance student experience.
  3. Design and deliver student engagement and retention strategies across the full lifecycle.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and governance requirements.
