Transport Leadership Role

The Transport Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our organisation, supporting the afternoon shift team and working closely with drivers and dispatchers to meet operational demands and schedules.

This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to promote a safe, positive work environment while maintaining alignment with company policies. Key responsibilities include monitoring movement, coordinating deliveries and pick-ups, managing customer relations, and ensuring all legislative requirements are met.

As a Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for utilising company assets and contractors in a cost-effective manner and demonstrating a focus on system improvement. Previous experience in transport, logistics, and refrigerated freight movements is essential, as well as knowledge of relevant regulations and proficiency in transport systems and MS Office.

You will also need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment. A current Drivers Licence is required for this role.
