Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity to manage logistics and play a critical role in shaping the future of transportation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing resources, planning, and execution to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans and allocate resources across the national rail network
- Lead customer interactions, reporting, and presentations with a focus on contract management
- Drive revenue analysis and profitability across accounts
- Identify and execute commercial opportunities for growth, including tendering and pricing
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues or carrier performance gaps
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory obligations
