Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador for Health and Wellness

At our health and wellness center, we're on a mission to inspire people to move better, feel better, and live life greatly. We're seeking a friendly and professional customer service ambassador to join our team

Job Description:
We're looking for someone who loves working with people, has a passion for health and fitness, and is eager to learn new skills. As a customer service ambassador, you'll be the face of our operation, welcoming members, handling inquiries, processing memberships and bookings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven customer service experience with enthusiasm to learn new skills.
- Demonstrated experience in reception, administration, and light office duties.
- Demonstrated confidence working with different computer systems.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
- RCG (or willing to obtain).
