Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

As a key role within our organization, the Customer Service Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role, strong communication and active listening skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Meet performance metrics, including call handling times and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers.
