- Perform hearing screening checks and ensure effective hearing aid maintenance through comprehensive training
- Provide exceptional face-to-face and phone-based customer support to meet evolving needs
- Manage appointments through Diary and Inbox systems to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Identify and implement local marketing initiatives to boost customer engagement
- Contribute to enhanced clinic performance by analyzing data and implementing solutions
- Offer administrative support to Audiologists and the clinic to drive success

- Previous experience in face-to-face customer service or retail roles
