Director of Digital Growth

This role involves developing and implementing digital growth strategies to drive customer engagement across all brands. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Paid Media and SEO management, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Growth Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital growth plans that maximize traffic and revenue.
- Traffic Orchestration: Manage Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, and Referral channels and relationships to drive business results.
- Team Management: Lead and guide a team of digital experts to achieve campaign creation, optimization, and delivery targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align digital analytics, performance reporting, sales demand, operations, and supply planning.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Paid Media and SEO management
- In-depth knowledge of the retail industry
- Advanced technical skills in SA360, Product Listing Ads, Google & Adobe Analytics, and Google & Facebook ad serving stack
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
