Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Management Professional to join our team in Perth, Australia. This role involves managing end-to-end claims processes, delivering exceptional service to clients and suppliers, and resolving claims in an effective and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage claims from lodgment to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate updates to clients and suppliers.
- Provide top-notch customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including brokers and account managers, to ensure seamless claim management.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing technology and systems to optimize efficiency.
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking is essential.
- Experience in claims management, preferably with exposure to workers' compensation, is also essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong attention to detail, are required.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed, is necessary.
