- Key responsibilities include providing cost management services, offering technical support to colleagues, engaging with clients and stakeholders, developing new business opportunities, and leading junior employees.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of postgraduate experience in quantity surveying or cost management roles
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- Working towards or having achieved MRICS or AIQS
- Demonstrated experience in pre-construction feasibilities and cost planning
- Experience in contract administration, including change management on projects
- High proficiency in commercial management and interpretation of cost data
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and coach team members
- Experience engaging directly with clients and managing client expectations
