Job Title: Reward Consultant

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Reward Consultant. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering reward frameworks that ensure the effective implementation of reward programs.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. human resources, business, finance)
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field (e.g. compensation and benefits, talent management)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
