We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Consultant. This position will be based in Melbourne.
About the Role:- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to improve clients' performance.
- Oversight of national claims management, policy renewals, premium forecasting, and insurer relationships to ensure high performance.
- Lead claims review meetings, conduct quality assessments of wage declarations, and perform estimate reviews for ACT, NT, TAS, and WA to guarantee accurate claim costs.
- Facilitate business planning sessions, participate in renewal strategy meetings, and identify new business opportunities to support our growth and industry insights.
- Mentor colleagues to enhance their professional development.
- Substantial experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market trends.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new and expanded business opportunities.
- Expertise in working within a multidisciplinary team and sharing knowledge.
