  • The Reward Partner plays an essential role in supporting our People Experience (PX) team, Talent Experience (TX) team, and People Leaders to make informed remuneration decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining remuneration strategies:

- Analyze and develop reward policies that align with the organization's goals.

Remuneration advice and guidance:

- Provide expert guidance on remuneration matters to PX and TX teams.

Job sizing and benchmarking:

- Conduct thorough job analyses and benchmarking to ensure fair compensation practices.

Salary review and incentive payments:

- Manage annual salary reviews and short-term incentive plans to motivate employees.

Rewards projects:

- Collaborate with stakeholders on rewards-related projects to enhance employee engagement.

Rewards programmes administration:

- Oversee the administration of rewards programs to promote fairness and equity.

Gender pay equity analysis:

- Analyze and address gender pay gaps to ensure equal opportunities for all employees.

Data submission and vendor management:

- Ensure accurate data submissions and manage relationships with vendors to meet organizational requirements.

Requirements:

We seek a highly skilled Reward Specialist with:

- Proven experience in remuneration and benefits, ideally in a global environment.

- Strong knowledge of worldwide remuneration regulations and market trends.

- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet software.

- Ability to work effectively in diverse environments and cultures.

- Project management and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.

- Experience with HCM systems, preferably Workday.
