Maternity Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maternity Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Registered Midwife, you will provide women-centered care, collaborating with individuals and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to deliver high-quality, people-focused care.
- Apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualized woman-centered care with a commitment to quality improvement.
- Lead the delivery of quality midwifery care, demonstrating leadership skills and a willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Prioritize workload effectively, organizing and delivering care with integrity and accountability.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency as a Registered Midwife.
- Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of caring for women and babies within a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective clinical communication, using information technology, written and verbal means, and strong interpersonal skills.
