Personal Care Specialist

About Our Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Stanwell Park. This rewarding role involves providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their health and well-being.

Duties will include:

  • Providing person-centred care services
  • Assisting with medication administration and wound dressing (if certified)
  • Supporting daily living activities
  • Encouraging residents to continue engaging in their favourite activities

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and support. We welcome applicants who share our commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of our residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or currently pursuing)
  • Ability to provide comprehensive care services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Desirable: experience in aged care and current first aid certification
