Job Description

  • Developing and implementing communications strategies to build and maintain brand reputation across various audiences and channels.
  • Providing strategic advice to senior leaders and building integral partnerships to advise on communication matters.
  • Identifying and optimizing opportunities to protect and enhance the organization's reputation.
  • Ensuring quality of all public relations and communication materials.
  • Providing communication support to manage issues or incidents with integrity and transparency.
  • Collaboratively overseeing the communications calendar to ensure timely and impactful communications.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a PR and communications role ideally within a large-scale organization.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills for internal and external audiences.

  • Experience in managing complex issues and crises.
  • Strong interpersonal leadership skills and project management.
  • Commitment to continual improvement of outcomes through ongoing evaluation and innovation.
  • Experience or ability to quickly adapt to various communications platforms and technologies.
  • A team player with a strong desire to learn and grow.
