- Monitor and respond to digital platforms to ensure consistency with narratives and messages.
- Develop compelling narratives for member collateral and hard copy publications.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Identify and manage emerging issues to drive business growth.
- Lead a team of communications professionals to achieve excellence in their field.
- Strong communication skills to deliver complex concepts effectively.
- Experience in member/customer engagement and digital platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Leadership skills to manage a team that may work remotely.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in public relations, communications, or journalism would be an advantage but is not essential.
