Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key leader, you will work closely with Store Managers to drive store operations and achieve success.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and be ready for that next step. Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge is an advantage, as is a flexible availability and valid driver's license.

We welcome applications from individuals without industry experience. The successful candidate will prioritize safety, coach and develop team members, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage store operations in conjunction with Store Managers
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Model genuine service and create moments that matter for customers
  • Prioritize safety and provide a safe work environment for all
