About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing a portfolio of claims at various complexity levels. As a Claims Expert, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, investigating claims, and providing accurate assessments and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout the process.
- Claim Management: Manage a portfolio of claims, including investigation, assessment, and resolution.
- Administrative Tasks: Process administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience: Call centre or claims experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Skillset: Excellent interpersonal, customer care, and communication skills are a must. You should be self-motivated, a great team player, and possess attention to detail.
- Candidates Should Also Have: Excellent computing and literacy skills, as well as the ability to listen with understanding and empathy.
Ignite is a collaborative and growing team that values innovation and customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
