Job Title: Forestry Asset and Engineering Manager

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that sites comply with client regulatory and company responsibilities including safety through the effective procurement and maintenance of plant and equipment.

Key responsibilities include overseeing workshop staff facilities and equipment mentoring apprentices ensuring all staff are certified and trained supporting workshop managers with hiring onboarding and disciplinary actions and ensuring staff competency in using fleet software and managing machinery records.

This role requires a strong technical background excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
