Job Title: Asset Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the success of our property portfolio.

  • Rethink our national footprint by negotiating property leases and identifying new locations for growth.
  • Oversee property maintenance and bring fresh opportunities to life.
  • Be the key contact for all non-fleet procurement across ANZ.
  • Lead non-fleet procurement, tenders and supplier partnerships.
  • Champion the EV transformation – from planning to installation of EV charging infrastructure.
  • Drive consistency and professionalism across our locations through visual branding.
  • Support renewals, terminations, and evaluate opportunities for converting franchise to corporate stations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property leases and identify alternative leasing opportunities.
  • Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate non-fleet procurement activities and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property, procurement or infrastructure management.
  • Previous experience in franchise management highly desirable.
  • Some exposure to car rental industry desirable.
  • Strong understanding of commercial & legal terms of agreements and contracts.
  • Understanding of P&L and/or familiarity with financial statements.
  • A proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Valid Australian driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
