About the Role

The Resource Strategist will play a critical role in ensuring operational visibility through analytics and trend analysis. This involves developing and maintaining resource forecasts to anticipate demand and proactively address constraints or gaps for long- and short-term planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop clear and actionable insights, trend analysis, and forecasting capacity shortages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular audits of project system data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify potential risks related to over/under utilization or resource misalignment and escalate accordingly.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience working in resource coordination, workforce planning, or project operations.

  • Able to identify patterns, predict risks, and solve resource-related challenges.
