Senior Return to Work Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Professional to lead our return to work team. As a key member of our organization, you will utilize your specialist clinical knowledge to support individuals with injury to recover and return to work in an assessment and holistic case management setting.

This role provides variety in work settings, industries, and injury types, allowing senior clinicians to hone their skills and achieve the best possible return to work outcomes. Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of clinical professionals in assessing and developing return to work plans for injured workers
  • Utilize specialist clinical knowledge to identify and address barriers to return to work
  • Develop and implement effective return to work strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services
Requirements:
  • Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting
