Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide expert advice on injury management and return-to-work strategies
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee wellbeing and reduce workers' compensation claims
  • Work with managers and supervisors to develop effective return-to-work plans
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in injury management and return-to-work outcomes
