Returning Workers to Health is a rewarding role that involves using psychological expertise to help individuals overcome illness or injury and get back to work.
The Workplace Rehabilitation team is looking for skilled Psychologists who share our passion for making a difference in the lives of workers.

As a member of our team, you will have the chance to:
- Provide specialist psychological recovery and rehabilitation services to workers with mental health issues or physical injuries.
- Administer evidence-based assessments to identify the strengths and challenges faced by workers, including psychometric testing and vocational inventory analysis.
- Apply new and innovative practices to increase successful return-to-work outcomes, taking into account the needs and circumstances of stakeholders without bias or low expectations.
- Develop tailored interventions, such as forming a rehabilitation alliance, motivational interviewing, and reviewing job demands, to support workers in achieving their goals.
- Manage a caseload of workers whose outcomes you are responsible for, providing discipline-specific services when required.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to facilitate return-to-work across multiple contracts, utilising your psychological skills to maximise goal attainment.
- Oversee the coordination of workers' health treatment to ensure it is evidence-based and supports timely return to work or improved productivity.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, with Provisional or General Registration with AHPRA.
- A vehicle and current driver's licence.
- Willingness to obtain or hold a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance for client-facing roles.
