About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Alice Springs. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
  • Maintain and increase sales volume and profit of assigned customers.
  • Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers, with proactive follow up.
  • Manage face-to-face and inbound telephone sales, along with order processing.
  • Liaise effectively with manufacturing, sales, and dispatch teams.
  • Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required.
  • Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service or internal sales.
  • Willingness to take initiative and get the job done.
  • Knowledge of the Building industry or estimating is highly regarded.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A passion for enhancing the customer experience, with energy and enthusiasm.
