We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our Concrete and Quarries Regional QLD NT Team at Boral. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing our logistics strategy, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive compliance and safety across the logistics function, including adherence to regulatory and company requirements.
  2. Optimize HRV resources across the Quarry and Concrete business, balancing company, contractor, and sub-contractor utilization.
  3. Analyze performance against key safety, utilization, financial, and operational metrics.
  4. Develop and implement logistics performance improvement plans.
  5. Support the General Manager and Leadership team as the Logistics Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements

  1. Demonstrated experience in a Senior Logistics Management role with multiple operational fronts and significant scale.
  2. Expert knowledge of legislation and regulations governing heavy vehicle operations.
  3. Degree qualifications in Logistics (desirable).
  4. Demonstrated history of driving improvement in safety, asset optimization, utilization, and cost per operating hour.
  5. Financial literacy and commercial acumen with strong leadership skills.
