As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the front desk.

This includes greeting and registering guests, providing information on local attractions, and utilizing communication equipment to ensure seamless guest experiences.

You will also perform additional duties to support the Front Office Manager in achieving exceptional results.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of the local area.

Previous experience within a similar hotel position is highly desirable, as well as a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, public and school holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
