This is a high-impact leadership role that will shape the evolution of our platform. As Head of Product, you'll define and execute a product vision that aligns with our CEO's objectives, expands our market reach, and delivers exceptional value to game developers and players.

About Our Mission

We believe that user-generated content (UGC) is the heart of enduring game engagement and longevity. Our API-first products and developer platforms enable seamless mod integration, content curation, and even facilitate in-game marketplaces for paid UGC.

The Opportunity

You'll lead a talented product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Your clarity of vision, stakeholder management, and objectivity will drive our product strategy and feature roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Roadmap Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team, including Product Managers, and UX Researchers/Designers.
  • Market & User Understanding: Deeply understand the needs of game developers and the modding community.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market strategies.
Culture
  • Innovation & Future-Proofing: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving user behaviors to identify new product opportunities.
  • Exceptional Communication: Articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience: In product management or design, ideally with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record: Defining and launching successful products/games with significant market adoption and business impact.
  • Understanding of UGC: Modding ecosystems and the broader gaming industry.

  • Gaming Industry Expertise: Experience working with games industry platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
