Head of Product Innovation

A Product Development Manager is needed to oversee the development process and execute projects that contribute to business objectives.
About the RoleThis position requires a strong understanding of product development processes and advanced knowledge of relevant technologies. The successful candidate will act as the face to the customer, advising them on application and choice of products suitable for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Product Development: Ensure a good overview of projects and customer capabilities, maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Product Expert related: Assess technical feasibility of projects, identify potential issues and propose solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Food Science/Food Technology preferred, with demonstrated experience in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new sales and marketing approaches.
- Project Management skills, hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial spirit are essential for success in this role.
- Fluent Business English and foundation knowledge of working tools (MS Office, Google Suite, Salesforce, SAP).
