Role Overview

This role requires a strong leader who can bring strategic direction to our product portfolio, ensuring seamless alignment across teams and driving customer-centric outcomes that fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product excellence through focus on impact, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and rapid iteration.
  • Support ongoing learning through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on technical guidance, setting high standards for product management expertise.
  • Develop thought leadership in product management, leveraging deep understanding of consumer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Define and execute product portfolio strategy, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities, collaborating closely with design and technology teams to deliver high-impact products.
About You

We're seeking an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a creative problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, able to thrive in fast-paced environments and make informed decisions.

You will also have:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to build support and drive change.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identifying patterns and recommending actionable insights.
  • Good understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Experience leading product portfolios and making commercial decisions.
  • Ability to lead technically complex projects and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial acumen to develop business cases and assess ROI projections.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Experience in fast-paced/high-change organizations and online consumer-facing businesses.
  • 5-7 years' experience in product management, including 5+ years in consumer-facing industries.
