About Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Member Support Consultant to join our dynamic team

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base. As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance:
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through proactive outreach and referrals campaigns
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Customer Service:
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members

About You:

  • Hold current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Be able to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities – listen, understand, empathise and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
