The Job:
  • You will be responsible for promoting our facilities to local businesses and the community, creating and executing strategies to showcase why we're the best place for them to reach their fitness goals.
  • Meet daily sales targets and track leads using our CRM system, delivering sales presentations and tours to prospective members, highlighting our unique features and benefits.
  • Develop personalized member journeys and follow up on successful outcomes, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • You will need at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to meet targets is essential, as well as experience in a KPI-driven environment with a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also required, along with a customer-focused attitude and passion for delivering exceptional results.
