The Role

As a Member Support Consultant at our Carina Heights club, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.

You will be responsible for helping thousands of people achieve their fitness goals by contributing to membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to sales targets using sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds, with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
