About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and driving process improvements to ensure efficient and effective delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of associates and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of delivery processes.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Completed a tertiary qualification in the last 24 months in any discipline or degree.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
