Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support our organization during a period of restructuring.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze HRIS, WGEA, and WHS reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain the HRIS management system, with training provided.
  • Coordinate safety administration tasks, including training and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with various HR activities such as recruitment, performance reviews, training, policy updates, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in key projects to improve systems, processes, and culture.
  • Collaborate closely with the HSE function to support initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of People, Safety & Performance systems.
  • Experience in HR systems reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with HRIS management, preferably Cornerstone.
  • Performance-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in suggesting continuous improvement ideas.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in corporate and compliance reporting.
