Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven individual to join our dynamic team as an HR Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will have experience in operations or generalist roles, with excellent communication skills and a positive approachable style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including liaising with external IT providers
  • Coordinating car park assignments and maintaining office access records
  • Collaborating with the finance team to administer payroll and benefits
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Providing day-to-day HR support, performance management, and leave approvals

Requirements:
