The role of the Employee Relations Specialist involves acting as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and concerns.

This specialist will provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. They will handle employee grievances and disputes, offering advice on best practices for resolution and ensuring that issues are managed in line with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new HR policies, procedures, and benefits for employees.

  • Collaborate with people managers to guide employee behavior and resolve problems in alignment with corporate culture, values, and compliance standards.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations and employee relations.
  • Experience working with blue-collar employees is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to provide expert guidance on HR-related issues and manage various employee relations matters.
  • Efficient in managing HR administrative tasks and coordinating various HR functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software, such as Workday or SAP.
