Screen Industry Professional Lead

Job Description

The Screen Industry Development team seeks an experienced screen industry professional to oversee the successful operations of our services.

Responsibilities include providing strategic support, managing day-to-day operations, and driving targeted growth and development in the Below the Line sector.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Advising on production practices in Western Australia and advocating for the local industry.
  • Collaborating with Perth Film Studios to facilitate production into Western Australia.
  • Managing production incentives and funding programs.
  • Overseeing workforce capacity development funds, including the BTL Crew Capacity Program.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in film and television production, including a deep understanding of logistics and budgets.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to manage actions to deadlines.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
