As a senior business growth leader, you will play a key role in driving major revenue opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact position that requires someone who knows how to navigate high-value, multi-stakeholder opportunities and can turn strategy into wins.

  • Proactively identify and secure new business prospects across industrial and commercial markets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Develop tailored proposals and bids that cut through and demonstrate real value.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver competitive outcomes.
  • Own the pipeline, drive results, and hit ambitious growth targets.

We are looking for a proven track record in business development in industrial/commercial sales (property, construction, manufacturing, or related).

You should have strong negotiation and presentation skills with credibility at executive level. Additionally, you should be a self-starter with the drive to deliver significant outcomes.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the business development and sales function.
