  • Provide information, referrals, and support to connect clients with services or external pathways.
  • Supervise, train, and support volunteers and student placements to deliver high-quality client engagement.
  • Manage daily service availability and communicate updates clearly to clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Use de-escalation and trauma-informed approaches to support clients presenting with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a coordinated client experience.

Requirements:
