Client Services Officer Role

As a Client Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and service to ensure their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Financial Services, with at least 2 years of experience and some exposure to Risk/Insurance. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch client service, arranging meetings, preparing documentation, and assisting with annual reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to client inquiries
  • Collaborating with the Senior Risk Advisor to develop and implement strategies that meet client needs
  • Preparing and distributing marketing materials, reports, and other documents as required

Skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
