Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist is a client-facing position responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and frontline support to clients subscribing to our Software as a Service (SaaS) Operations.

This role is part of a team that has created enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in areas such as institutional investment, wealth management, and hedge funds. We have developed an open front-to-back platform launched in 2019.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing frontline technical support to deliver exemplary customer service to SaaS Operations clients.
  • Coordinating with clients, internal colleagues, and vendors to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client-reported problems or issues detected by automation tools.
  • Ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of service to global SaaS Operations clients and maintaining a high level of service availability.
  • Escalating and tracking issues that exceed frontline support capabilities.
  • Providing periodic off-hours support.

  • Aptitude for technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
  • General familiarity with Windows administration, networking, and databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Additional requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline and 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in customer-facing roles. Periodic off-hours support is also required.
