About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding leadership position where you will oversee hotel operations with expertise, guiding the Front Office Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

  • Prior supervisory or management experience in a Hotel Front Office department
  • A proven track record of using SIHOT effectively, checking in and out guests in a 200+ room hotel, and proficiency in using reservation and property management systems
  • A driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • An outcome-driven approach to performance and results, striving for excellence
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and clear communication
  • Committed to driving loyalty and memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fueled by excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Mastery in written and spoken communication
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster
  • A flexible approach to respond to various work situations
