We are seeking a skilled Regional Manager to join our team. As a true leader, you will take ownership of service delivery within areas of Melbourne or Geelong.

  1. Foster a high-performance culture across a dispersed team of Service Delivery Leaders and frontline staff.
  2. Manage resources effectively, aligning delivery with operational targets.
  3. Strengthen relationships with community stakeholders, clients, and families, driving engagement and trust.

You will work closely with your team to ensure services are high quality, client-focused, and strategically aligned.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
